Hi, I’m Steve—and I’m glad you’re here.
🧠 How This All Started
For years, I struggled with anxiety and couldn’t figure out why—until I realized caffeine was a major trigger.
As is often the case with me, I needed to understand what was really going on beneath the surface. That curiosity led me into the world of wellness, neuroscience, and how stress rewires the brain.
I started tracking my daily habits, and the pattern was clear: too much caffeine was fueling my anxiety. Cutting back made a huge difference—I finally felt like myself again.
🔥 Why I Created This Newsletter
That small shift opened the door to bigger ones—slowing down, creating rituals, cooking more intentionally, and learning how to support my nervous system rather than fight it.
This newsletter is where I share the tools that have helped shape my mindset. It’s about building self-care habits that ground me—and not letting the noise or negativity of the world dictate how I feel. I’ve learned how to rewire my brain through the principles of neuroplasticity—shifting my habits and mindset toward what actually helps me feel focused, present, and clear.
You’ll also find fire-cooked meals here—because taking time to slow down and cook over an open flame has become part of how I reset and reconnect.
